Our CSR commitment

The Eurodime Group values working with local partners, particularly suppliers and subcontractors based near our sites. Where this is not possible, we give preference to French products to meet our needs. In this way, we contribute to boosting the national economy while reducing our logistical footprint.

Waste management and energy transition are at the heart of our concerns. We have analysed our entire production chain in order to implement an ambitious action plan aimed at reducing our carbon footprint. We have also focused our efforts on improving our energy infrastructure and modernising our logistics practices, in particular by renewing our vehicle fleet and promoting initiatives such as carpooling and eco-driving.

Since 2024, we have strengthened our safety practices across all of the group’s sites in order to become a benchmark in this area. Our actions include monthly awareness sessions and investments in modern equipment to improve working conditions. In addition, we ensure that workstations are ergonomic and that our employees’ mental health is taken care of by regularly offering initiatives focused on well-being and promoting physical activity.

The Eurodime Group supports local associations and is actively committed to equality for all. We promote the integration of young people and seniors into our teams, while raising awareness among our employees about key issues such as diversity, mental health and well-being at work. We also encourage sports and physical activity as a means of promoting cohesion and health among our teams.

Through our Energy and Environment division, we contribute to projects aimed at reducing our customers’ environmental impact. This division brings together our expertise in an effort to become key players in the ecological transition by leveraging the group’s know-how for projects that benefit the planet.
