As part of its occupational risk prevention efforts, Eurodime was asked to improve the safety system of a conveyor belt in operation. The objective was to reduce the risk of workplace accidents while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
This project mobilised our teams around a comprehensive process: design, manufacture of specific parts, and on-site assembly. Thanks to coordinated teamwork, we were able to offer a reliable and tailored solution, enhancing both operator safety and customer confidence.

Three words about the project – Mr Charles Zielinski, Production Manager
The expertise of the Eurodime Group
This project showcased our expertise in industrial safety engineering. Based on a clearly identified need, our teams:
- Conducted a customised technical study to identify the areas requiring safety improvements.
- Designed and manufactured the mechanical parts needed to improve the system.
- Ensured on-site assembly, integrating the new protective measures without disrupting the conveyor’s operation.
This comprehensive and controlled approach demonstrates our ability to work on projects with high human stakes, where operator safety is an absolute priority.
A project with a high human impact
Beyond the technical aspect, this project was part of a concrete prevention approach, with direct consequences for the safety of the client’s employees.
We worked closely with the site’s production department to comply with the established specifications, while proposing adjustments tailored to the reality on the ground.
This project was a learning experience for our teams, both in human and technical terms, and reinforced their pride in being useful on a daily basis by contributing to the reduction of occupational risks.
Conclusion
This safety improvement project fully illustrates the added value of Eurodime’s interventions in sensitive industrial environments.
Thanks to effective teamwork, rigorous research and careful planning, we delivered a solution thatournir des réponses sur mesure, utiles et responsables, au service de l’humain et de la performance industrielle.
