The pillars of quality of life at work at Eurodime

Improved safety and working conditions

Since 2024, the Eurodime Group has placed the safety of its employees at the heart of its priorities. We have harmonised our practices to ensure a safe and suitable working environment, whether in the office, workshop or on construction sites. Our initiatives include modernising equipment, adjusting infrastructure and conducting ergonomic studies of workstations. These efforts are complemented by monthly awareness sessions to reinforce prevention and safety on a daily basis.

Well-being and balance at work

At Eurodime, we believe that happy employees are productive employees. We actively support the physical and mental well-being of our teams through concrete actions: raising awareness of mental health, promoting physical activity and sport, and initiatives to encourage a healthy work-life balance.

 

Our Quality of Life at Work Month in June is an example of our commitment, with workshops on stress management, sports sessions with renowned athletes, and social activities such as barbecues and soft mobility workshops.

Inclusion and diversity

The Eurodime Group is committed to equality and inclusion for all its employees. We promote diversity and equal opportunities, whether through our support for young people and senior citizens, or through initiatives to raise awareness of the importance of gender equality.

 

Our teams also benefit from initiatives designed to promote well-being at work, such as mental health training and resources to improve their daily lives.

A month entirely dedicated to quality of life at work

In June, Eurodime reinforced its commitment to the well-being of its employees by organising “Quality of Life at Work Month”. Here are some of the highlights:

 

  • Stress management, breathing and relaxation workshops.
  • Sports sessions with champions such as Estelle Mougel and Albion Shulku.
  • Sustainable mobility activities: electric bike trials and repair services.
  • Friendly barbecues to strengthen team spirit.
  • Ergonomic coaching to improve comfort in the workplace.
