Eurodime Group is a consortium of twelve autonomous entities specialising in industrial technical services. Located in the north-east quarter of France, our teams all share the same group values. Discover the major events of the Eurodime Group
Inspired by his experience at the Lana paper mills, Raynald Bourion founded Eurodime to simplify the management of ancillary work and optimise the coordination of subcontractors. Offering a turnkey service in maintenance, industrial electricity and engineering, with the aim of transforming industrial practices.
Eurodime acquires Streb & Weil, a company based in Sainte-Marguerite. This acquisition strengthens the group's maintenance services with expertise in electromechanical maintenance, enabling it to offer more comprehensive solutions.
Acquisition of Modelage Mécanique Britsch in St Etienne les Remiremont, a company specialising in precision machining, moulding and modelling. This acquisition provides the group with a new area of activity, complementing its existing expertise, with a particular focus on production process tooling.
Acquisition of Covereit buildings to relocate MMB and part of the group's administrative services. 25,000 m² dedicated to our activities.
Creation of Codema, a company belonging to the Machining & Tooling Division, specialising in mould maintenance and adjustment. Still based in Strasbourg, it operates in a privileged geographical area.
Acquisition of AMLOR in Uxegney in the Vosges region, a renowned company in the field of boiler making, metal structural work and industrial piping. This creates the group's third division.
In 2018, the group reached a turning point with the acquisition of SPIB, also based in Uxegney, which specialises in surface treatment and painting, thereby continuing to expand the group's range of services. That same year, Eurodime acquired CRMM, an industrial maintenance company in Dôle, in order to expand its catchment area and become more competitive. Finally, Eurométal Industrie was created to complement the services offered by providing locksmith and sheet metal work services. It will also be based at the Arches premises.
Acquisition of BETAM in Sainte Croix aux Mines, which will join the Machining & Tooling Division. Its expertise in mechanical repair and machining adds a new skill set in this geographical area.
Following the Covid crisis, the group is accelerating its environmental projects and wishes to make its expertise available for new projects for professionals and individuals.
The group is able to offer a range of services for all types of businesses. Through our four divisions, Eurodime is able to offer services ranging from infrastructure and energy management, research, design and installation of production processes and tools, to maintenance of all processes.
